Hi, I'm Teresa. I live in Grove City, Ohio. I had to be either 5 or 6 years old. When I had to have my baby molars pulled by going from fillings to root canals. I even had two root canals on the same tooth, and I eventually lost those teeth. I am now up to four implants and probably looking at another tooth needing pulled for an implant. All my life my teeth have been one disaster after another. Initially she needed a few teeth removed and we had discussed replacing those teeth with dental implants, which we successfully performed from the first time that he pulled my tooth. It's just been a better experience for me given my past history. I'm very relaxed when I come in here and I know what's going to happen. Even afterwards, I do really well. We love having repeat patients. At least it confirms to us that what we're doing is good quality work, that patients would trust us to come back and have multiple procedures done in this office. I would recommend Columbus oral surgery because Doctor Smith has always done a good job for me. In fact, when my last tooth that needed to be pulled. My family dentist does implants too. And I actually said I'm sorry, but I need to see Doctor Smith. I want Doctor Smith to take care of the tooth.

Hello, I'm Michael, I live in Powell, Ohio. I think my first dentist name was Doctor Pain and that started out the problems right there. I've had all sorts of issues with teeth, whether it's cavities started out with root canals, then crowns and doing all that work. At one point I had to get a root canal on a root canal and I was like, okay, this is no fun. And so I went back to the dentist and he said, hey, you know, maybe we should just start switching to some implants. Mike, he was having a problem with a lower left premolar and he needed to have it out. And we talked at this consultation about implants and he was on board with that. So he came in, we got the tooth out, got the implant in for him at the same appointment. And since that time he's been back on a few other occasions. And while we don't like to see repeat customers, we love seeing him back. He's just such an awesome person, and we've actually placed for more implants since that first one. I've had quite a few pieces of work done here, and to be honest, I've never had a single problem, so I have faith that he has the technology. He's got the experience. You know, if you're going to get your oil change, you don't want to go to a guy that's changing an oil once a month. He's doing teeth every single day. So when he's doing an implant, it's repetition. He knows how to do it. He's seen it. He runs into a problem. He's seen it before. So I'm very comfortable with him and his team. They do a great job.
